Biography:

Dan Robinson has always faced life with strength and determination.  He learned early in life that his path was carved out through Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross. Dan’s strength if found in Christ alone. His heart longs to show the world of God’s love and lead them to faith in Jesus Christ.

Dan married the love of his life, Brenda Holcombe Robinson, on August 27, 1982. After a few years, Brenda began to have seizures. Dan was a devoted husband who nursed Brenda through a 6 year battle of severe epilepsy. His steadfast faith nurtured Brenda in God’s Word, which brought her to complete submission to God’s will for her life. During this time, God called Dan as an evangelist of the Gospel and Dan and Brenda formed New Desire Christian Ministries in 1990. Dan’s gift of evangelism and Brenda’s gift of teaching compliment one another. 

Dan devotes his efforts to keep the ministry of New Desire on the road, maintaining a bus and equipment as well presiding as President. He is responsible for making difficult, yet prayerful decisions of the direction in which the ministry should go to remain in the will of God. Dan never waivers in his faith, knowing that God is faithful provide for all the needs of the ministry. 

Today, Dan is even more determined to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ in any place where God opens a door of opportunity. The Spirit of God has not only been his constant companion, but He has comforted and encouraged Dan along the way. Dan’s zeal for God never diminishes as he is forever looking “for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God" (Hebrews 11:10 KJV).
