Scripture Reading: Ephesians 3:20

“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,”

Let us rejoice in what we have learned through the spiritual indicators that we have studied over the past several months. Today, our final spiritual indicator is when we prefer to spend more time with Him above all others. When we get to the point that we know Jesus cares so much about us and we care so much about Him, we will want to spend time with Him above all others.

As Christians, we should be growing in Him. He must increase, and we must decrease. We should get to the point where we do not want to do anything to hinder our fellowship with Jesus. We must become secure with who we are and our position with God. When we reach this level of intimacy, we will experience peace and joy.

The world is looking for peace and joy, and they need to see it in us. We have the answer, and we possess the power. Our Scripture text says, “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.”

By now we should be at a point where we prefer to spend more time with God above all other people and all other things. If you have not reached this point in your life, I challenge you to go back and review the other 11 indicators that you have not conquered or applied to your spiritual life.
