October 1-3 Weekend Update

The weekend was wonderful! Brenda and Angie did a "5th Quarter Girls Night." They spoke, sang, and watched God change some lives. Three were saved....TO GOD BE THE GLORY! He's blessed all of the "youth nights" that we've done. He is an amazing God!

I didn't get to go with Brenda because Labron and I were already committed to his half-sister's wedding. He had to sing and I was her Maitron-of-honor. We had a blast, but at the same time it was a happy and a sad occasion. She was our flower girl when we got married, and now she's married. Something is not right about that. That just proves that Labron and I are getting OLD! I don't like that at all! It was a beautiful and a sweet wedding.

Sunday morning we sang at Fairview Baptist Church in Gadsden, AL and had a great time. They baptised 2 during the service and then we sang and ministered to the people. Brenda shared her testimony in depth because a lot of people had not heard us before. They seemed to enjoy it.
