New Desire had a great weekend in the Lord in the Newnan/Griffin area this past weekend. We had a women's Christmas Dinner at Unity Baptist Church in Newnan, GA on Saturday night. The women had the place all decorated and each table looked great. The hostesses has invited women to sit with them at their particular tables and join them for a wonderful dinner and then to hear Brenda speak. She was definitely in rare form Saturday night. She delivered a speech that I've heard several time, but never like it was delivered on Saturday night. It was awesome. The Lord used her to reach the hearts of the women that attended. I love standing and singing and watching the tears flow and the hands raise in honor to our risen Savior.

Sunday morning we sang at Bible Truth Baptist Church in Griffin, GA and Dan preached. He got excited in the Lord and these people love singing but they loved the preaching just as well. They were some excited people who didn't mind worshipping. I love that. Some ran the aisles, some prayed, some shouted, a lot of tears were shed....it was GOOD! I LOVE THAT! Thank you Jim and Jennifer for allowing us to come and minister at your church. We love you guys and both of you are always so encouraging to us.

We have one more weekend for traveling for the month of December. We have a pretty busy weekend this coming weekend and then nothing until January 1st. Please be in much prayer for New Desire's finances. This is a very hard time of year for us. We struggle every year at this time, but this year seems to be much worse. Debra has informed us to pray hard, so I'm begging you to help us pray. The Bible says we have not because we ask not so I'm pleading for your help in prayer over this situation. We appreciate you all and thank you for loving us!
