New Desire would like to thank each person, business and church that made it possible for our Golf Tournament to be a success. We were praying for more teams, but we knew that we had to start somewhere. We are believing in God to grow this tournament each year with supporters and players. We are planning now for next year's tournament, so all of you golfers practice up. We had such a wonderful time surrounded by Christians and the people that played and volunteered really enjoyed themselves and we could not have pulled this off without each of them. We greatly appreciate all of our volunteers as well.

Sunday morning we sang at Adairsville Baptist Church in Adairsville, GA. The Spirit was really moving in that place. Labron got stirred up and I always love that. Of course, I cried through the entire service...couldn't hardly sing for crying, but that's ok. I love to feel the presence of the Lord.

We ask that you all be in much prayer for our upcoming marriage retreat. It's this coming weekend. Our heart's desire is that every couple will leave with their needs met and their marriages stronger. We want God to perform healing and miracles for each marriage. We all stand in need of a touch from the Lord and we pray that each person/marriage will leave with that and more. Dan and Brenda have some really great stuff to deliver at the retreat and I can't wait to see what God does with it.

We also need your prayers that each couple will be protected by God's traveling grace on the way to the retreat.
